On Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the 57th Annual CMA Awards, the country music singer was taken on stage to perform with Jelly Roll. Despite her unique talents, viewers couldn’t help but notice something wasn’t quite right. 

The 59-year-old seemed unsteady as she moved across the stage, finally approaching Jellyroll, 38, and clinging to his shoulder as though she required support to maintain her equilibrium. 

Following their duet on Jelly Roll’s “Need a Favor,” fans raced to X (previously Twitter) to express their worries for Judd, as some users observed that he was having difficulty standing during the performance. 

Fortunately, Judd finished the full performance without missing a beat, even though fans still await confirmation of what was going on with her on stage! 

Early Life Of Wynonna Judd

Christina Claire Ciminella gave birth to Wynonna on May 30, 1964, in Ashland, Kentucky. After being dumped by her boyfriend and Judd’s biological father, Charles Jordan, Naomi Judd married Michael Ciminella shortly after. 2000 saw Jordan’s death.

Ashley is the name of Naomi Judd and Michael Ciminella’s daughter. In 1968, the couple relocated to Los Angeles with their two daughters, but by 1972, they had separated.

There, Christina’s mother legally changed her name from Diana to Naomi, and the song “Route 66″—which included a reference to the town of Winona, Arizona—inspired Christina to take on the stage name “Wynonna”.
