With her sisters, Savannah and Morgan, Mallory was raised by Renee Searson and Phillip Harley. Phillip regarded Mallory as a kind young woman who loved a challenge.
As per reports, Renee is an entrepreneur, while Phillip is a businessman by profession.
Beach spends her childhood with her two siblings Morgan Beach Black and Savannah Beach Tuten. She shared a close bond with her family members and often shared pictures with them.
On the morning of February 23, 2019, Phillip last contacted her daughter Mallory after taking her car to the mechanic for repairs. Mallory had plans to go to a house party later that day with her boyfriend, Anthony Cook and four other friends, including Paul Murdaugh.
However, Paul had gotten some alcohol before the party using his older brother’s ID and left it on his boat.
Nobody anticipated that this would eventually result in the boat colliding and throwing three of the six pals, including Mallory, overboard in a matter of hours.
According to CBS News, investigators and volunteers spent eight days looking for Mallory. Two volunteers discovered her remains on March 3, 2019, roughly five miles downstream from the crash site.
After the untimely demise of Beach, Renee came forward to the media and was interviewed on ABC News.

Where Are Mallory Beach Parents Today?
According to CBS News, the Beach family sued the Murdaugh family for wrongful death one month after the accident.
Early in 2023, a judge authorized a settlement between Mallory’s family and Buster and Maggie Murdaugh, according to WTOC 11.
Regarding the criminal case, even though Paul was indicted because he and his mother, Maggie Murdaugh, were found killed in June 2021, Phillip and Renee will never really witness Paul face trial.
Therefore, Mallory’s family submitted a $50 million creditor claim against their estates in January 2022.
The Murdaugh family’s roughly $4 million Moselle property throughout Hampton and Colleton Counties was sold, and Renne and two co-receivers from the Murdaugh family received $275,000 as part of the settlement of this lawsuit.
Renee and Phillip have persisted in seeking justice for their daughter’s death.
When Mallory was still a young child, Renee and Phillip got divorced. Yet, they are now friendly co-parents and devoted grandparents who appear to be trying to move on.
Even though Phillip is married to RobinbBoth of them still call South Carolina home, and Savannah and Morgan, their two remaining daughters, are probably very close to them.
