Reportedly, the deadly accident happened in U.S. 221 north of Marion. Furthermore, in the crash, three vehicles were involved, and a total of seven people were injured.
Two people reportedly died in the crash, and they have been identified as Caius Peterson and his girlfriend, Delaney Leierzapf. According to a report by SNBC 13, a 2012 GMC pickup traveling southbound on U.S. 221 crossed the centerline, and the crash happened.

Caius Peterson Injury and Health Issue
Caius Peterson was injured in the accident that involved three vehicles. Following his death in the accident, people started searching for his health issue.
Reportedly, Peterson has already passed away, and the news has shocked many people. A total of three vehicles were involved in the collisions.
The truck involved in the crash was driven by Ricky McPeters, whose truck crossed the centreline and collided with another northbound vehicle.
The second vehicle was driven by Lori McIntire. She had three passengers in her car named Emily Wantz, Kevin McGrew, and an infant girl whose names have not been shared.
Following the initial crash, Ricky’s truck continued south and collided head-on with a 2017 Jeep Cherokee in which Caius and his girlfriend were present.
Delaney reportedly died at the scene, while Caius was transported to Mission for treatment of injuries but later passed away.
