Dayton Clarke Car Accident Linked To 34-Year-Old Hockey Captain
Dayton Clarke, a former Kam River Fighting Walleye forward and current member of the University of Oregon Ducks hockey team, has passed away tragically after being hit by a truck in Oregon.
The police have reported that a 34-year-old male driver arrived back on the scene in a large delivery truck to cooperate, but they have not yet identified the victim.

In the previous season, Clarke played 11 games with the Oregon Ducks and scored four goals and two assists.

Dayton Clarke Death Cause: Struck By A Truck
Dayton Clarke passed away after being struck by a truck in Eugene, Oregon. The exact circumstances of the accident are not yet precise and are being investigated by the Eugene Police Department’s central collision investigation team.
The Eugene, Oregon police department stated that officers were called to respond to a report of a severely injured person in the middle of E. 24th Avenue, between Kincaid and Harris streets, at 3:54 a.m. on Saturday.

The Walleye posted a message saying they were heartbroken to hear about the former player’s death and extended their sincere sympathies to Clarke’s family, friends, and teammates.
They added that the Walleye family had suffered a tragic loss and that Clarke would always be remembered in their hearts.
The post was made a few hours before the team’s third game of the Centennial Cup in Portage, La Prairie, Man.
