Born to David and Mary Cook, Hailey was a junior at Emmaus High School, excelling academically and athletically.
As a valued member of the school’s field hockey team, she contributed to their remarkable achievements as Eastern Pennsylvania Conference and District 11 Class 3A champions.
Hailey’s infectious laughter, quick wit, and genuine kindness touched everyone who knew her.

Hailey is survived by her parents, David and Mary, and her brother, Casey Cook.
