According to Marca, Jennifer Aniston has been battling with Insomnia disease since her 30s. Yes, Jennifer Aniston has acknowledged that she frequently struggles with insomnia.
The 54-year-old Actress has struggled with sleep problems for years, and only recently, she opened up about how she frequently worries that she won’t be able to fall asleep, which makes her anxious at night.
According to PEOPLE, the Morning Show Actress stated, “I fear spending another night counting cracks in the walls.”
She added, “You just don’t start to feel the effects of a lack of sleep when we’re younger because we’re so invincible.”
The former Friends Actress said that the more she ‘worries’ about falling asleep, the more difficult it is for her to do so. She even admitted that she had been known to sleepwalk in the past.
