Jho was the non-celebrity wife of Filipino Actor, model, and social media influencer Andrew Schimmer.
Andrew, who has had a remarkable career in film and television, is known for his works in Gagamboy, Marimar, Third Eye, and Babangon Ako’t Dudurugin Kita, among others.
The 37-year-old star from Manila, Philippines, shared through his Facebook that his other name is Romanza Braganza.

Jorhomy “Jho” Rovero, the wife of Actor Andrew Schimmer, is no more. She passed away this Tuesday, December 20, after a long battle with illness.
Jho succumbed to death after almost a year in a coma from complications due to severe asthma, leading to hypoxemia, cardiac arrest, and, eventually, her death.
She had been admitted to the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, for several months.
Although she was initially discharged on October 10, she was rushed back after she experienced an unstable heart rate.
A medical report in November showed that her blood pressure, digestive system, and oxygen saturation were “very stable.”
Andrew said his partner was fighting for her life. However, her stable condition did not last.
Andrew Schwimmer Announced His Wife’s Death In An Emotional Video
Andrew Schwimmer announced the death of his wife, Jho Rovero, through a video posted on his Facebook. We see him in tears as he informs fans of his wife’s demise.
In the clip, an emotional Andrew shared he was filming for GMA Network’s game show Family Feud when someone informed him about Jho’s deteriorating condition.
He canceled the filming and rushed to the St. Luke’s Medical Center, where Jho was confined for several months.
Andrew also shared a Facebook photo that showed him holding his wife’s hand.
The emotional caption read, “The Love of my Life, my wife, my best friend, and my partner in everything. Remember your promise, together forever.”
He also shared that they [doctors] did everything they could, but it hurts to lose her. Andrew also thanked everyone who prayed and wished for her excellent health.
“The only pain is because our youngest’s birthday is later,” the Actor added. It appears that their son’s birthday is approaching.
Andrew’s post about Jho’s death shocked fans and resulted in condolences from colleagues, fans, and netizens.
Talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz was among those who reacted. He said that Jho was always thankful because of his unwavering love and care.
He expressed condolence to Andrew and asked him to cheer up. “Jho closes her eyes; rest assured that your children are in good hands,” he wrote in the post.
Andrew Schimmer Is A Caring Husband And Father
Andrew Schimmer was open and vocal about his partner’s declining health. He regularly posted about his visits to the hospital and constantly updated his fans about her condition.
When comedian and talent manager Ogie Diaz previously interviewed him, Andrew broke down in tears when talking about Jho’s situation.
He said despite her battles with illness, he was determined to keep pushing and supporting her.
Andrew mentioned that the hope in his kid’s hearts also motivated him. He stressed that he did not want his children to feel hopeless about their mother’s full recovery.
The Actor, who lost his mother when he was merely ten, also did not want his children to have that hollow experience of growing up without their mom.
Andrew Schimmer and their two kids survive Jho. Their daughter, the older child, is Andrea Schimmer, while their son’s name is not mentioned.
