Following his arrest, many familiar with Clark began identifying @DjPat713 as his Instagram and Twitter handle.

His last tweet before his arrest was on November 29, when he said, “The ones who were supposed to be here switch up, so it’s new faces at the table.”

According to court records, Clark was previously arrested in connection with another shooting at a nightclub in 2018.

Patrick Xavier Clark was apprehended Thursday night peacefully, according to Houston Police Chief Troy Finner.

Clark’s arrest came just one day after another man was charged with the November 1 shooting, after two other people were hurt in a disagreement over a dice game.

He was held in jail on Friday pending a bond hearing. According to court records, he was arrested as he prepared to leave the country for Mexico, but he does not have an attorney.

Police During a Friday news conference, Sgt. Michael Burrow stated that the gunfire resulted from a disagreement over a “lucrative” dice game. However, Takeoff was an “innocent bystander” and was not a Party to the incident.

Finner stated that Police are unsure whether Clark was invited to the Party or whether he knew Takeoff.

Prosecutors said they discovered security video and an eyewitness who confirmed Joshua was at the Party with a gun when Takeoff was slain.

Christopher Downey, Joshua’s attorney, stated that his client had nothing to do with Takeoff’s death.

“Cameron Joshua did not shoot takeoff.” He wants to go. Downey stated, “He wants to cleanse his reputation.” “From what I gather, it was some kind of social function, and some individuals were playing dice,” he explained. “Beyond that, I’m not sure.”

Downey did not reveal whether Joshua and Takeoff were previously involved.

In terms of his criminal history, Joshua posted a $300 bond after being charged with motor vehicle burglary on April 3, 2022. According to records, he was also listed as an out-of-state resident.

According to records, Joshua was also charged with vehicle burglary on December 3, 2020, and served three days in the Harris County Jail.
