With the assistance of the Ghaziabad Police, a team from the Varanasi Police commissioner arrested Samar Singh, who was found in a flat in Charmes Castle Society in the Raj Nagar extension area of Ghaziabad.
He was taken to a Ghaziabad court for transit remand and then brought to Varanasi. The accused was arrested on Thursday night from a society near Morta village in the Nandgram Police station limits in Ghaziabad.
