Stewart Rhodes is a disbarred American attorney, domestic terrorist, and felon. He founded a far-right and alt-right American anti-government militia, Oath Keepers.

He was found guilty of seditious plotting and falsifying evidence concerning the attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2022, and was later given an 18-year prison term.

Stewart Rhodes’ son and two daughters have spoken about their Father in an interview. Let’s delve deeper into this article to learn more about the interview with his kids.

Who Is Stewart Rhodes Son, Dakota Adams?

Stewart Rhodes had six children with his wife, Tasha Adams. Dakota Adams, their oldest son, Sequoia Adams, and Sedona Adams are among the six children that Adams and Rhodes have.

The three other children are still minors, and there is little information about them online.

Stewart Rhodes’ son, Dakota Adams, was born in 1999 at home in Kalispell, Montana. As a result, he is 25 years old as of 2024.

Dakota had a relatively tiny social circle, minimal money, and no formal education.

He made some progress by learning to drive and working toward earning his GED, which is the equivalent of a high school diploma.

Dakota spent his formative years in the D.C. suburbs, where Rhodes had previously worked as a staffer for libertarian congressman Ron Paul.

Following Rhodes’ acceptance to Yale Law School, the family relocated to Connecticut when Dakota was around four or five.

Dakota remembered “having a set of neighbors that were so diverse that my street looked like the set of Sesame Street” when he lived on Chapel Street in New Haven.

He said, “I thought that was how the whole world was.” He also recalled a specific occurrence that happened in or around 2012 about Yeti, a cherished pet dog, who was ill and died at home.

Dakota claimed that Stewart put off taking his dog to be cremated because he was preoccupied with Oath Keepers conference calls and emailing people.

It took Rhodes three days to eventually remove the dog. He made jokes about how the carcass smelled and made fun of his teenage son for having a soft spot for the animal.

Meet Stewart Rhodes Daughters Sedona & Sequoia Adams

Stewart Rhodes’ daughter, Sedona Adams, 24, was born in 2000, and his other daughter, Sequoia Adams, 20, was born in 2004.

Sequoia claimed that all of them were delivered at home, as her parents didn’t have a car then, and her mother, Tasha, wasn’t mobile.

Stewart always claimed he was too busy with his work to be of any use, even during his wife’s pregnancy.

The other daughter, Sedona, said they were homeschooled, and Stewart was constantly fixated on the American Revolution.

He only ever wanted to teach them about the American Revolution. He would preach history’s importance but never discuss history other than the American Revolution.

The Adams children claim that while living with Stewart Rhodes, they and their mother experienced all types of abuse.

As a result, the two sisters, alongside their mother and brother, plotted to escape their father and improve their lives.

Tasha Adams And Her Escape Plans Against Stewart Rhodes

Tasha Adams had filed for divorce against Stewart in 2018, accusing him of emotional and physical abuse. However, the divorce application kept pending.

So, the family planned to escape from the abuses of Stewart. Dakota told his father that the family was going to the corner store while planning to leave the House.

Stewart didn’t find it odd that Dakota picked up his mother’s dog or that they loaded everything into the car and drove off without him seeing.

At first, they planned to leave the house early in the morning before Stewart woke up, but that very day, he woke up at four.

So, they had to sneak their stuff in an overnight bag past him while he was pacing up and down through the one-room cabin.

Tasha and her children were also afraid of divorce papers being delivered during that time, and if Stewart had found them while they were still there, he would harm them all.

There were too many of them, so Tasha and her children had to ride in two different automobiles. In order to obtain the restraining order, they traveled down to Eureka.

But when Tasha and her children arrived at the Police station, the officers advised the family to return home because they couldn’t do it.

However, the family is now safe as the far-right militia’s leader was given an 18-year prison term for his involvement in the disturbance at the U.S. Capitol.

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes was found guilty of seditious conspiracy and other offenses.
