Stockton Rush is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of OceanGate Inc, a privately held U.S. company operating out of Everett, Washington.
The respective company provides crewed submersibles for industry, research and exploration. Meanwhile, Rush oversees OceanGate’s financial and engineering strategies and delivers a clear vision for developing 4,000-meter and 6,000-meter capable crewed submersibles and their partner launch.
Apart from that, Rush is also a co-founder and the Board of Trustees of OceanGate Foundation member. In addition to that, Rush became the youngest jet transport-rated pilot in the world when he got his DC-8 Type/Captain’s rating at the United Airlines Jet Training Institute in 1981.

Stockton Rush death news has gone viral after he went missing with four other people on June 18, 2023, in the submersible Titan. Reportedly, they went missing in the North Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Newfoundland.
Rush, along with four others: Titanic Expert PH Nargoelet, billionaire Hamish Harding, and British-Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood and his son, Suleman, was on board.
Furthermore, they disappeared while exploring the wreck of the RMS Titanic and discussed Rush’s fears that the vessel would be unable to surface in an interview last year.
According to a report, contact was lost about 1 hour and 45 minutes into a voyage to the remote North Atlantic site where the wreck of the Titanic lies. As of now, they have not been found, due to which the death news has been circulating on the internet.

Is the CEO of OceanGate Stockton Rush Dead or Alive?
As of now, it can’t be confirmed whether OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush is dead or alive. He and other passengers have not been found, but the rescue operation has extended into deeper waters in the mid-Atlantic, but so far, there has been no sign of it.
According to a report, the U.S. coast guard said the five crew members had around four days of oxygen left. It’s been two days since their disappearance.
Rear Admiral John Mauger, commander of the First Coast Guard District, said the search consists of both looking at the surface and subsurface.
Furthermore, OceanGate also released a statement saying it was exploring and mobilizing all options to bring the crew back safely.
