Three relatives of seven-time NASCAR champion Jimmie Johnson were shot to death on Tuesday in Muskogee, Oklahoma, police said in a statement.
According to Muskogee police spokesperson Lynn Hamlin, the deaths of Jack Janway, 69, his wife Terry Janway, 68, and their 11-year-old grandson Dalton Janway was found on Monday.
The bodies were discovered at a city residence approximately 50 miles (80 kilometers) southeast of Tulsa. According to Hamlin, a woman called 911 and then hung up after reporting a disturbance with a gun.
Police allege that as soon as they arrived at the scene, they found a dead in the hallway and heard another gunshot coming from the residence.
The police found two more deceased victims inside the residence. Officials claim that all three victims were shot.

Jack Janway and Terry Janway are the grandparents of Dalton Janway. However, the identity of the boy’s parents is yet to be revealed to the media.
Chandra Janway, the wife of Johnson, is the child of Terry and Jack Janway, making them Johnson’s in-laws. Jordan Janway, Marianne Janway, and Caleb Janway are her three siblings.
Terry and Jack’s daughter, Chandra, is a family-oriented individual with a strong relationship with her siblings.
In a Facebook post, Marianne Janway, Chandra’s sister, appeared to be trying to awaken from a nightmare on Monday night. Marianne wrote, “Please tell me this isn’t really happening, please god, someone.”
She received many sympathetic reactions; some believe she is Dalton’s mother. However, it is unsure whether she is the mother of the 11-year-old deceased yet.
Dalton’s grandparents, Terry and Jack, were 68 and 69 years old, respectively, when they passed away. Jack was the owner of Janway Chiropractic and Acupuncture.
When asked about Jack, Mayor Marlon Coleman told FOX23 that learning that a well-established family that had given so much to our community had been involved in this act was upsetting.
One of these Jordans, Jor-El Janway, passed away in a skydiving accident in 2014 at the age of 27.

The bodies of Jack Janway, his wife, Terry Janway, and their 11-year-old grandson, Dalton Janway, were found at a home in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Authorities say that the tragedy is being looked up as a murder-suicide. Terry Janway is believed to have shot and killed her husband and grandson before shooting herself.
