Paul Labiner died at 68 at around 4:30 pm on Saturday, July 1, 2023. His family and friends are deep mourns the untimely death of his son.
Late Paul was born Paul S. Labiner in 1955 in Florida, USA. Furthermore, he spent his whole childhood in Boca Raton, Florida.
Mr. Labiner earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 1976. Later, he enrolled at Cardozo School of Law in the same year.
Moreover, Paul studied financial planning and wealth management at The American College of Financial Services from 1991 to 1993.
As a lawyer, Paul started working in a law firm, Wealth Preservation Advisors, LLC, in September 1990. At that time, he was counseling high-net-worth business owners and entrepreneurs.
Not just that, Labiner established his law firm, Law Office of Paul S. Labiner, P.A., in October 1990. He aimed to create a financial blueprint for his clients, protecting their taxes, creditors and predators.

Paul Labiner Death Cause: Lawyer Brandon Labiner Charged With Murder
Paul Labiner was brutally killed by his son, Brandon Labiner, who is also a lawyer. According to the investigation reports, the father and son had a very contentious relationship over the past few years.
While Brandon was still working at his dad’s law firm, he allegedly stole $500 thousand from his mother Mindy’s account. It resulted in the suspension of Mr. Brandon’s law license cancelation.
Following the harsh result, Brandon was grieving his father’s death. So, he decided to end-up his life by killing him with a 9mm pistol.
The incident happened in Paul’s parking garage at 5499 N. Federal Highway Ste K around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, 1st July 2023.
According to the jury, Brandon, age 34, is covicted of first-degree murder and the Florida judge sentenced him to life imprisonment on Monday, 3rd July 2023.
